Humboldt County is proposing a 5 foot wide accessible walkway at Clam Beach. The beach enabled wheelchairs are getting stuck in the sand, so they are proposing a walkway that people living with many different types of disabilities can use.
On February, Friday the 18th we participated in a showing of the mats, asked questions, and tried out the mats. These mats have been installed at other locations in the state and they have worked.
