Caption Companion is a tablet that captures what people say onto the tablet’s screen in real time. The device uses a proprietary Artificial Intelligence engine. The use of AI improves accuracy and speed of captioning.
The device comes with a microphone to allow for better speech recognition. For example, a teacher could have it pinned on their shirt during lectures so the student can read what is being said in real time allowing the student to participate more fully.
Caption Companion can also be plugged into a computer to caption speech on the computer, For example like people speaking in a zoom meeting for instance. or you tube videos can be captioned.
