Northern Tri-County Region, California-December 08, 2025 – Tri-County Independent Living is honored to announce the 2025 Holiday Card Competition winners. This year TCIL was blessed with many entries and the choice was hard. We are pleased to announce that we have 4 winners.

1st place goes to: Sissy Brown with their depiction of The Perfect Winter
2nd place goes to: Drake Munson with their depiction of Winter Blend
3rd place goes to: Kaitland Ann Ocheltree with their depiction of Tradition
And our Grand Prize winner goes to: Kjerstine Jennings with their depiction of Joy

We invited individuals with disabilities to start sending in their entries by November 21st to be entered in the competition for cash prizes. The winners submitted their entries through an online form and were randomly selected through a TCIL blind voting method. Each person who entered provided a magnificent piece of personal artwork depicting their holiday season. We thank each and every one of our entrants and hope they come out and participate next year for their chance to win. As a reminder the winners will receive:

Cash prizes are:
1st place: $100
2nd place: $75
3rd place: $50
*These cash prizes are equal for both age groups.

The Grand prize winner will receive a Chromebook.

Congratulations to all our winners, and thank you for making this Holiday Card Competition a success. As always you can view the winners artwork on the website and in our social media.
