As the Executive Director of Tri-County Independent Living, Eddie brings with him a 30-year commitment to community service and leadership, navigating a career in both nonprofit Public Health and military service. Transitioning from roles such as Site Director for Easter Seals to Clinic Administrator, his journey has encompassed specialized work in infant and child mortality cases. Before joining TCIL in January 2022, Eddie furthered his impact as a Health Policy Analyst at the California Center for Rural Policy.
His military career, spanning from Private to Major in the US Army, saw him completing six deployments, fostering vital partnerships with NATO and allied forces. With a personal understanding of dyslexia, Eddie champions assistive technologies, witnessing firsthand how they empower individuals, aligning perfectly with TCIL’s mission of fostering independent living for those with disabilities.
