We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of our Board Member, Devva Kasnitz. Devva joined the Board of Directors in April 2017 and most recently served as Vice President.
As a retired CIL Executive Director, Devva brought invaluable expertise and made countless positive contributions to the Board’s operations throughout her tenure. Her dedication and passion enriched not only the Board but also the community as a whole.
We will always cherish the memories of her vibrant spirit, such as the day she joyfully danced flamenco while Mr. Smoller played the guitar—a beautiful reflection of her love for life.
Devva’s legacy of commitment and her profound impact on our community will not be forgotten. We are forever grateful for her contributions.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 28th at 2:00 pm, at Sunset Cemetery in the Jewish Location.
